Best kitchen knife we've ever had! Big and strong, sharp, well made, comfortable handles. No problem splitting a chicken or trimming a roast or separating baby back ribs, but we also use it on veggies, opening packages, etc.

We bought these the first time a couple of years ago at an Asian grocery and had been looking for another pair ever since. They are large, very sturdy, very sharp, and stay sharp and usable a long time. We use them for everything in the kitchen, much more than just cutting meat. In fact, we also use them for everyday duty around the house like cutting cloth for sewing, cutting open boxes, fishing, and more.

These are some heavy-duty scissors that work great for our Korean BBQ. The blades are really thick and we haven't had any problems with them bending out of shape like you would with cheaper scissors. Bought a second pair to keep as just household utility scissors because they are better than what is on the market.

We actually used these at a Korean BBQ restaurant first and then ended up ordering them for ourselves. They cut well almost anything and haven’t filled yet.
