We just put stone around our trees and landscapes beds. We rented a concrete saw to get the joints tight but needed something to knock off some of the back so certain pieces would fit against the metal edging better. This worked well. We also used it to knock off the corners or edges that might stick out. The breaks look natural. Many of these tools are expensive so I was pleased to find this one inexpensive but perfect for our purposes.
