Very sturdy case without a doubt. Love that aspect. Heavy duty handle. Really like the idea behind there closure mechanism, however the clasp is recessed into the body of the case.This causes the inside of the case to have an uneven area that protrudes into the interior of the case. If you collect many records, you probably don’t like the idea of have an uneven interior protruding into the face of a record. I suspect it would cause damage and possibly warping if stored that way for long.I “fixed” this by cutting a piece of cardboard just a little bigger than the protruding part so that it won’t screw up the first record in the case (similar to the way I store a piece of cardboard in front of my Sticky Fingers album - if you know you know).Also, another annoying feature is how wide the case is. Much wider than other record cases, which allows more movement of records. Probably 3/4 inch on either side. I don’t get that, and I don’t care for it. I like less movement.

I have a half dozen of these cases, and used them to move my records across the country last year. They were very good quality, at that price point (83 cad).Now I see that the price of these cases has more than DOUBLED... I probably won't be buying any more at the 2023 price. :(That's unfortunate, I would have kept buying them as my collection grows.

Does perfect for the protection I was looking for. The top does flex a little with a full load so heavy, rough, frequent use, could be an issue but otherwise very sturdy, see no problem with care and regular use.

I can't recommend this case highly enough. This is the gold standard of LP cases. Also, I initially received the wrong color but the seller's customer service department resolved the problem immediately.

These cases are extremely well made, I'm very pleased. They are foam lined and feel sturdy when full of records. Most of my records are gatefolds and can fit around 40 in one case. Perfect solution from keeping your records safely stored away, especially in a house with pets or kids. I will be buying more.

Expensive case but very well made. My records are collectibles and some worth over 200$ a piece, so worth the investment. Just wish it was a bit cheaper.

I was using a cardboard box prior to getting this. Massive upgrade. Others have called this a toy. But I don't see why. Is it thick metal? Nope. Is it on the cheaper side? Yeah. But so what? It's a well made box, thick enough to feel sturdy, but not so much to the point that you'd want to chance dropping it. It will protect your records and for me, I am using it as permanent storage. Every time I want to spin some records, I carry it to my record player no problem. My only gripe is its size, which is smaller than stated. This will not hold as many records as it advertises with the sleeves on, which is what basically everybody will do. So be weary of that. I estimate upwards of 30, maybe 40 records tops with sleeves.

I'm really pleased with these crates. I needed something to keep my cats from sitting and walking on my records, and these really do the job. The crates are wide enough to hold my vinyl box sets, so I could fit those in along with the regular records, which was a big plus. Well made, solid, and attractive cases. I had a minor customer service matter, and they handled it pretty much instantly with one polite phone call. I was highly satisfied with their service.

This case is super solid, and is easily comparable to record cases that cost significantly more! I have used it at home and in travel, and while the exterior may dent and scratch, the inside contents will remain protected! I have been very happy with this case, and actually need to order another one soon, as I have been getting a little carried away with ordering vinyl lately!
