- How to Use the Strap to Carry Your Yoga Mat -
Step 1
Take out the yoga strap from the packaging.
Step 2
Adjust the strap to make a loop. Continue pulling the strap until the loop is large enough to fit around the rolled-up yoga mat.
Step 3
Pull and tighten the strap until it fits snugly on the rolled-up mat.

this has good padding (eliminates my knees’ previous need for a blanket in a few asanas). so far i haven’t experienced it slipping, after 5ish yoga classes. didn’t have any odor after airing it out for a few hours when i first got it. it’s nothing fancy, pretty much what it promises.edit december 2024: now been using this mat for 3+ months at least 2-3 times per week. all of the above is still true; it's still grippy, doesn't smell, the thickness hasn't indented with repeated use. the only issue is that it takes a long time to dry after wiping it down (longer than most in-studio yoga classes provide for cleanup) but it's not hard to just do at home.

I could not roll this back up to store it in the storage bag it comes with, so it is always open and taking up a lot of room, even standing on its long edge.I do like my yoga on it and I do some gaming exercises on it. It is firm cushioning.

It provides enough padding. Does not have any weird odors. Long enough for me at 5ft 10 in. Color is as advertised.

I've been doing yoga for 10 years and this so far has to be the best mat I've found. Doesn't move or slip and has enough cushion to protect knees from hard surface. Just used it for the first time today at class. So far very impressed.

O had yo return it because I ordered different ones to choose from. This was my favorite but my cut filed his nails on another one (my second favorite) so I had no choice but to keep the damaged one. But this was good. Thick enough and APPARENTLY with good grip on the floor. I care about the mat not moving or sliding in the floor. And it did lot on my ceramic tile. Unfortunately I could try it on a hardwood floor or anything g. Because I returned it. But it seemed to be good. Whenever the one I kept is done, I’ll get this one probably.

I really like the Matt color, however, this is a Matt that used Thor at home and not take around with you because it’s really stiff. Makes it really hard to roll up.I can’t wear light or white clothing because it rubs off on it. Additionally, it is on the thinner side, so keep that in mind.
