I just blew this up and it is already faded out and splotchy. I’m sure it will quickly get worse in the sun. Very disappointed

Great quality. Do not over inflate just like all other balls as they expand in heat, When not in use cover from Sun/UV and they will last a lot longer.

I am not a boater I am a boxer. For use as a punching bag there are some issues. The fill hole is at the bottom and does not allow water in as easily as other buoys. For this reason I had to drill a hole in the top which made it easy to fill but hard to seal. I put a bolt in the hole and a whole lot of krazy glue but the glue does not stick to the rubber very well so I occasionally get a couple drops of water flying out when I punch it. This also made it hard to fill to the very top so mine has more empty space than I would have wanted. That said the product has a great feel being soft on the outer edges but feels hard when punches penetrate closer to the middle creating a feel like punching a strong fat person. Even with these flaws it is one of my favorite punching bag because of the unique feels ( I have seven I use and several more I don't). But I wish I could have a buoy this big that could be filled more completely and sealed more completely. As for value to boaters I have no opinion
