The lack of serial numbers means some employers will not allow their use on the job site since no record keeping can be kept on them.

Bought these to use as a temporary lifeline anchor. The sling has gotten past ANSI approval for the old revisions of the code, but the description of the product on Amazon clearly states that it is supposed to be ANSI Z359.1 - 2017 approved. However, the manual says it is only up to the ANSI Z359.1 - 2007 revision. I would not trust these slings at all given that this means they probably haven’t been tested by ANSI in years. I also received a “safety label” which literally only states the MBS and nothing else (no ANSI or OSHA stamps, no serial number, nothing). Very misleading, straight to the return pile

I use it as a canopy anchor for repelling out of trees. It's extremely durable and has enough length to get around most crotches or branches. Very happy with it

Top shelf. Professional safety anchor cable made of 1/4 inch galvanized wire rope coated in PVC plastic. Well made, quality product with a nice functional 6 foot length. Allows for great versatility when working in challenging spots. I feel much more confident when using this cable to anchor myself onto something solid where you might not have many attachment or anchoring options. Thank you for making a great product!

First of all, I and many of my friends, have made purchases from this company before. Secondly, they are local to us here in SC.My expectations for this product was high and I am very pleased. It is well made, and great care goes into assuring there are no frays anywhere. You can rub a cotton ball over this thing, and it will not catch on anything. This cable is designed for overhead beams as a strap for your fall protection. The PVC coating acts like a chafe guard and once it starts to wear or the rings begin to show wear, it is time to get rid of it.It has a working weight of 130 - 310lbs, as most safety systems do. So, a person falling, in that body weight range, will trigger the deployment of their safety gear, and this cable will do its job. Thanks for carrying great products that enable people to work and be confident with their equipment.

We have several of these safety cables per OSHA regulations. This is a good one. There are no sharp edges in the collar or exposed cable part of the eye. The ferrule holding the eye loop open is smooth and substantial. I often attach a carabiner through the looped end, and there's plenty of room to secure the most oversized carabiner. The weight capacity of the metal ring at each looped end isn't mentioned, but I would use this only for attaching pails or tools; I wouldn't rely on the provided metal ring to support a person's weight. Overall, this is a good buy.

This cable was a little more heavy duty than i expected. It does work well for slinging around small logs so i can drag the out of the way. With only a 310 lb. load rating it does not seem it would be good for commercial use. Around the house however it will come in very handy.
