Way cheaper on Amazon than at the HD.Arrived quick and in perfect condition. Easy to install and replace old door knob assembly that was getting less and less functional each year after 20 years. The finish is nice, and the instructions are simple. There is a template for drilling and though I have a metal door, I was able to just use the wood screw and not have to drill all the way through the door.Really love this new modern look at a low cost DIY renovation project.

The install took me 15-20 minutes, really easy. Had to drill a new hole for the bottom of the door handle but luckily I have a drill set so it was a piece of cake. The template that is provided worked well. Super simple and looks beautiful.

Looks great. Feels good. Internal quality not like the Kwikset of old. I have to pull on the doorb in order to work the latch, due to tight fit. I have stripped the key to the point of I can pull the key out of the lock in any position instead of just straight up and down. But other than that it is good.
