A bit disappointing...not like OEM and a bit harsher ride than factory..even they're Tech support confirm this statement ..wish I had known before ordering!

I needed new shocks, did some searching online and every forum suggested this brand. So far they're holding up and doing their job nicely

Replaced my shocks after 124,000 miles on the original pair. The old ones were much thicker than these KYB but don't let that fool you, the KYB have performed great so far, although only have 100 miles on them. The general consensus is these are slightly stiffer than OE but feel great on the highway and definitely provide better support through a turn. Hopefully get 100,000 miles out of them.

These shocks were installed on 2011 town country. I noticed the improvement right away. Rides are smoother and quieter.
