El auto no enfriaba absolutamente nada, se le hizo un vacío al sistema de a/c, se instaló la válvula, se recargo gas y funcionó correctamente, el a/c volvió a enfriar. Falta comprobar la durabilidad de la pieza.

Happy with my purchase and help me to save money, long history I bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra SV for my daughter last winter and was not possible to detect AC malfunctions at the time we detected the problem late spring and wasn’t cooling at all. Paid a mechanic to do a complete AC service they vacuumed all the Freon and cleaned the whole system refilled everything and seemed to be working fine.A week or two later when temperatures were going up and up detected that the AC was cooling but not enough and only when the car was in motion, not cooling when idling and not cooling enough when in motion as well. I watched a few videos of cars with similar symptoms and all pointed to this part. The mechanic insisted that the AC compressor and condenser has to be replaced and wanted $1000 for the whole repair this seemed fishy to me because I can buy the parts by myself for around $350 and other $300 for installation.I bought this $20 part and took it to the mechanic and he acted kind of mad and insisted this part won’t do anything and he installed a lot of this and at the beginning he didn’t even know what part was it. He didn’t wanted to do anything and I told him to install either way and if that doesn’t work is my loss, he seemed disappointed but accepted to swap the part.Charge me $100 for the job and he serviced the system again for the same money I paid him before and that’s why I took it to him to make the $260 I paid him first worth. After they installed the part the AC is blowing ice cold air again. Cost me $385 total to get things working again but that’s better than paying what the mechanic was asking for the whole repair. The installation is easy when you have the right tools and equipment, seems of good quality, fit perfectly and comes with all seals and ready to install no leaks and my AC is working great. If you have a Freon vacuum is a really simple DIY but in my case had to take it to the mechanic to save my money from the service and recharge they did at the beginning.Highly recommended part

I bought this for a 2014 Nissan Sentra SV. It worked great. It was a bit of a pain to get in but only because the sensor on this model sticks out the side with only about three inches of space. But beyond that I, a middle-aged woman who's never worked on a car in her life, was able to fix her daughter's AC. So much cheaper than the Auto stores around where I live. This same part was about 80$ from their stores. It was around 22$ on here when I bought it. Well worth the investment.

We were having trouble with AC. We live in Phoenix AZ and it is above 100F. The AC would be slightly cooler than outside temp when driving. It would get really warm while idle or stopped. My manifold gauges showed high low side pressure and low high side pressure. This led me to diagnose trouble with the compressor, but the compressor was running when it was suppose to. Going the valve route was a way to affordably trouble shoot before moving on to bigger more expensive repairs.I evacuated my AC completely. You have to, since the valve is under pressure. The valve is pointed towards front of the vehicle or towards the radiator. It is a tight area, but you can remove and reinstall the replacement without removing the compressor. You will need ring clip pliers or a good set of needle nose pliers to remove the clip. There will also be one plastic cover that needs to be removed to access the compressor from the bottom. It took me about 15 minutes to remove the plastic cover, take out the old valve and replace. That is with the proper tools. This does not include the evacuation and refill of the coolant. It works. It is cheaper than OEM. I would buy again.

Works as intended, air conditioning works so much better now.You may need assistance to change this valve, this is not an easy repair. Keep in mind that you'll lose almost all compressor gas, so be sure to have an extra charge before opening the compressor system.
