Stay away from this brand. It's not flat. It has many defects. Has metal flakes coming off of the casting in multiple spots. You don't want metal getting into your engine. It also won't seal up do to a raised ridge right where the gasket goes. Spend the extra $30 and buy a name brand. Not this cheap junk that will ruin your motor. This has a ton of melted debris sticking out of the metal when they cast it. They took scraps and melted it together to make this.

Fit is great and everything lines up as it should. The castings are great and I did not have to modify anything to bolt right up. If you are doing the DOD delete, this is a great budget option to factory parts.

Exact fit. Came with the gaskets, o rings, new colts, new bolt set, and gasket sealer. I purchased this for my DOD and AFM delete for my 2012 Tahoe LTZ with 5.3ci engine. This valley cover allows you to seal off the DOD oil channels when rebuilding the engine with a non-DOD cam and new lifters. Nicely machined. Well worth the money.
