This is too small in two regards. First, the clamp is too small to fit on a standard car steering wheel. The photo that accompanies the product listing wrongly indicates that it will. Second, the oval "spinner" that you grasp is surprisingly small. I'm a guy but have small hands; I cannot get a good grip on the overly small spinner. Maybe it would work for a woman with teeny hands. Verdict: I cannot use this at all.
