This is a really pretty planter! I ordered it to put on my balcony, and to connect it with some balcony window planter hangers. The design on the planter is really beautiful, and a nice iron metal, that looks laser cut and pretty. It's easy to hang, and is flat on the backside so it doesn't hang awkwardly or have a bottom corner that scratches any paint near where it would hit.The metal is sturdy and a nice dark iron color, it looks great on my balcony off one of my upstairs rooms and adds a nice touch to the house, where decor isn't usually easy to get to! I plan on getting a couple more for another balcony, just so pretty.

I ordered this ‘LaLaGreen Window Box Planter for Outdoor Plants’ to use on my pool deck this summer. I have other planters with coco liners on there, so I figured this one would fit right in.I’m quite impressed with this ‘LaLaGreen Window Box Planter for Outdoor Plants’. The construction is a lot better than I thought it would be. I was expecting some cheap piece of metal, but this planter is made of a decent gauge steel. And I like that it has some flexibility to it. I may mount it on one of my pool deck walls…which aren’t perfectly flat…so this planter will take a bit of ‘twisting’ to make it fit.The coco liner in this planter is nice and thick which I like. I know it won’t get holes in it after one season like the cheaper ones do. And it’s relatively deep, so anything planted in it will be able to take root.In summary, I’m very happy with this ‘LaLaGreen Window Box Planter for Outdoor Plants’. It looks good…is well made…and is a great size. I can definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a nice planter to hang.

We used this on our deck railing to display some of our smaller more colorful flowers. It is lightweight but sturdy and wide enough for several varieties of flowers to be placed in it. We used long wire straps to attach it to our deck railing because the railings are kind of wide but the black metal lattice design goes well with our decor and other plants. We are considering a second one.

This product is *almost perfect* at first sight.The width is great - not too long or deep, so it can sit on a ledge or will look aesthetically pleasing on a fence. The metal frame is very sturdy - I am impressed. I live in an area with a lot of rain and so the soil of my plants gets super heavy and I have to strategize which plants I put where, which I hang, etc. This is sturdy enough I'm not worried about any adverse things happening to the item at all.That said, the inner coir lining simply does not fit. It's like a balloon - if you push down one area, it forces another area out of position, whether on the edges or the middle of the liner. See the second photo - On the left is a different planter ordered around the same time. On the right is this item. While it's not a dealbreaker, you can readily see that the coir is a solid inch or more outside of the frame. This just looks poor and once you see it you can't unsee it. Obviously a problem of privilege that has no long term bearing, but this is a consistent issue I find with cheaper coir-lined hanging or mounted baskets.OVERALL: 7/10 would recommend. Perhaps consider cutting the top of the coir off where it sticks out and maybe it will look better. But it's structurally sound and, if the liner were uniformly fitting around the planter it would absolutely be a perfect 10/10.
