This is my second push up board and my first experience with this particular brand. So far, I'm pretty impressed as the board itself is definitely more robust than my first one and the set is way more thorough.The pushup board itself is the centerpiece of this whole set. The board is primarily plastic as are the handles. The hand grips on the handles are covered with a rubber grip that is comfortable and pretty easy to hold onto, even with sweaty palms. The grips fit nicely into all of the different color-coded recessed areas of the board. Different positions target different muscle groups so you can change up the workout even if you're just doing pushups. The handles feel sturdy and stay in place and they easily support my 185 lb frame as I do pushups. I don't feel like I'm going to break anything.What sets this board apart from my other plastic pushup board is the interior frame of this one is made of metal so it's much more robust. The edges of the board have metal holes that allow you to clip the carabineers of the included resistance bands onto the board to greatly expand the number of exercises you can do with this board. While standing on the board you can use the resistance bands along with the included bar to do curls, lifts, and a ton of different exercises. I love that this set isn't just limited to pushups. You even get a nylon carrying bag so I can keep everything together inside my gym bag.In addition to the thicker carabineer resistance bands you also get some basis bands of a lower resistance for lighter exercises. You also get a bunch of different accessories like a jump rope, handles, door attachment and even a grip exerciser. I actually like the grip exerciser way more than I thought I would. You can adjust the tension and it even has a little counter on it to keep track of the number of reps you do with each hand.Overall I'm pretty happy with this set. It's $79.99 at the time of this review and though that's a bit on the high side, I think the set is well made and it definitely covers all of the bases as far as exercise options, so I think it's a great deal in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this set.

I haven't had a gym membership in a while ever since COVID hit us all years ago, so I've basically been doing things at home with a set of freeweights. While that's been great for building and maintaining muscle for a bunch of areas, despite their versatility a couple dumbbells doesn't really provide enough for a true full body workout, and that's where this kit comes in.Pros:+ The pushup board is quite sturdy with the aluminum frame, and the handles pop in and stay in wherever you place them. It is nicely labeled and color coded as well for targeting different areas, and it really helps ensure proper positioning and form. Also, while it isn't huge, the rise from the handles does let you get in a decent dip on your pushups.+ Resistance tubing is something I've tinkered with in the past, but just anchored to my garage workbench. This set however allows you to use them with the board for squats, lifts, curls, and more, and also allows for attaching to a doorframe for other workouts.+ The resistance bands work well, and can offer a significant amount of resistance, way more than I would have guessed.+ Additional items are really nice to have as well: Adjustable hand grip strengthener, the jumprope, ab roller, and more. Also what is really nice is you can even use the tubing with the ab roller if desired.+ Provided bag can contain everything for storage.Cons:- Included training guide is a bit on the light side, but that's not huge deal. It just would have been nice if they included more variation on the different training methods you can use.Overall, I feel like this is fantastic, very complete workout solution. While it can't truly replace things like weights, combined with a few dumbbells, bodyweight training, and this set I feel like you can do pretty much everything you'd need to in order to build and maintain muscle and fitness at home. If you're an apartment dweller or short on space, this is the perfect solution, giving you effectively a full gym experience in your living room. For the price, I highly recommend this set.

Well I’ve had it for about a week. So far 3 of the resistance bands have snapped. This is my leg after the last one snapped.
