While I have guitar cases, and keep my guitars in excellent condition, having these to hang my guitars on, make me more willing to play and practice more often. I have installed these onto my bookshelves, so they are easy to access and not in the way of anything, since I prefer to not but holes in my walls. These look great, are well padded and sturdy, plus very easy to just need to wood screws to install. Much better and more secure, than having my guitars stored on a stand on the ground, since these are out of the way from where people walk. I keep 3 guitars ready to play when I need to, by having an acoustic, and electric and a bass guitar hung up when I'm in the room. Having my guitars easy to access and visible encourages me to practice and play more often than having them in their cases all the time. I still keep them in their cases when not playing for extended times, but these are great and an efficient use of space in our small place where we live.

I like that the base plates are thin so you don't need long bolts if using drywall anchors.

Easy to mount on my wall, sturdy and I like that the material is padded that you rest your guitar on. And also great that the mount can rotate. Also, beautifully packaged guitar picks that came with the order. That was a lovely surprise! Highly recommend!

Had no problem putting in and they look modern and hold th guitars really well. Might get a few more. Just really need some and these look so sleek.

I would give this 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that it's a little wide for my ukulele. I have to be careful with positioning. I love that I can rotate the entire unit but it would be nice to be able to bring the arms closer together. If I were to bump the ukulele or there's an earthquake, I suspect it will fall off. The padding is nice and won't damage anything. They even provided screw anchors.

For heavier guitars I suggest using a stronger drywall anchor. I used the metal ones from home depot. Unless you have stud placement then the hardware that comes with it for heavier guitars are fine. Mount then like a figure 8, vertical, not horizontal. That way you can have access to the mounting holes. The hangers themselves can rotate to accompany various types of guitar heads.
