Solid and sturdy.I wish the part that hangs over the top of the door was adjustable for depth though.I had to improvise support between the hanger and the door to support it and hold it straight.The part that gies over the top of the door is wide enough tho hang over an exterior door. I live in a very small apartment, I don’t have much usable floor space to work with so I was thinking about this kind of solution for a while in my head. Thankfully a small company in the US has that exact product! Normally designed for doors, it also works for closet doors though not as flush as for regular doors. This solution being new to me, I was still on the fence the first day, keeping an eye on it and keep testing its strength, but after a week I stopped thinking about it and just use it as normal. Perfect product to optimize small space and have your guitars displayed and at hands reach for play anytime. I’m already recommending this very clever solution to friends around!

I like it a lot.Keeps your guitar safe and off the floor without putting holes in your wall! 3 things I would like improvement on is 1.More color options.2.The hanging hook ends to be just a little bit longer for added safety in case the guitar is bumped hard.3.A way to adjust the metal piece over the door to fit more snug against both sides of the door or offer rubber spacers to help with the gaps. Maybe my door is thin, but i had to tape the top to the door to stop it from pushing in and out. It still worked without the tape, but this feels a little more secure now. Overall works great!

I really like this hanger. Of course the safest place for your guitar when it is not being used is in it's case. But there are times you need to set it aside, and not leaning precariously on a chair or table, and this over-the-door hanger works perfectly. No holes are needed and it is easy to move.The hanger is well constructed with an extended section that keeps your guitar from banging on the door if it is moved.And it is up off the floor when hung - in my house, out of the reach of an 18 month old that is very interested in getting his hands on my guitars. This is the best part of getting the guitar high up off the floor!I liked it so much I bought another.
