The item was received used with scratches near the window, the top has marks that look rust color etc. It had no packaging except extra tape to keep it closed and the Amazon large tag. Items are missing, such as the manual, rings, part of the cutter, and it will not turn on. I tried to locate the manufacturer information to try to get it replaced and even went to their page with no luck.Any help in getting this replaced would be welcomed!
