I have been using this brand of test strips for my pool for the last few years and they never steer me wrong. I only take water to the pool store once at the beginning of the pool season and then these strips handle the test of the pool season

The 600 pro test strips are the best that I have used in my 25+ years of testing my pool water. I have extreme low vision and I CAN FINALLY read the 600 pro strips!

Classical pool tester from a top-of-the-line company. Sort of expensive but the alternative is not test and destroy the pool surface on an in ground concrete pool. The surface is sensitive to pH, and calcium ions. The tester measures all the essential parameters. Last about the right amount of time (the bottle has an expiration date) if you make sure the test strips are not outdated (check when you receive it). You should have enough time left on the expiration date for 2 x week testing. Any less time than that and you will expire before completing the contents of the purchase. Not often, but once I received a test kit that had 6 months to expiration and 100 strips (divide by 2 = 50 week) or in other words, about half the test strips would be unused at expiration. Fortunately, this was not from Amazon, but it serves to check expiration dates wherever you purchase. P.S. my current strips from Amazon are well within the time limits at final use.
