I am seriously disappointed. I suppose I should have known better based on the price point alone. Essentially, they are just earphones that connect to your phone and use an app. thats it. I have no idea about the batter life as I only used them once for testing. The microphone pick up seems decent, but thats about the only good thing about them.I wouldn't pick these up again.

I have mixed feelings about these translation earphones. They are comfortable. I like that they sit on my ears and do not insert into my ear canals. The arms that wrap around the back of my ears are comfortable too. They’re not super secure, as in I wouldn’t wear these during a high impact activity because they could get knocked off.They turn on automatically when I take them out of the charger and put them on, but I have to go into the settings and connect the Bluetooth each time even though I set it up to connect automatically.In the app I have to start the Basic Services a few times before it actually starts, but from there it’s easy to activate if it stops translating.These headphones also perform other functions, such as listening to music or answering a call. I’m wearing them right now and I can hear the key clicking sound in my left ear as I type this.Let’s get to the translation feature.I bought these primarily for Spanish translation but I like that there are so many other options. I’ll absolutely take these with me to try out at the Asian market next time I go.Anyhoo, back to what I know so far.I’ve used this translator for Puerto Rican Spanish, listening to my husband speak with his dad. Some of the translation was decent, some of it made absolutely no sense. And some of it translated to curse words when none were spoken. Yes I can ask my husband what the actual conversation was later, but the whole point of getting this device was to avoid the recap.I switched from Puerto Rican Spanish to US Spanish then Mexico Spanish but those weren’t any better and all kept inserting the “F” word even though my husband never said it.I’m able to follow the conversation somewhat, enough to know what they’re talking about, but not exactly what’s being said. And with “bonus” curse words.I’ve primarily used this tool in “Free Talk Mode,” however that mode randomly stops and I have to click “Start a Conversation” to get it going again. That’s annoying. I can’t just “set it and forget it.”I tried the device in speaker mode but that’s more suited for a face-to-face with 2 people who don’t speak the same language. Like, if you were in, say Germany and asked a local where the closest coffee shop was. It translates one sentence at a time and must be manually started each time.Back to Free Talk Mode.So, right now I’m not really thrilled with this translator but it does work. I wouldn’t rely on it to travel somewhere without having someone else with me who speaks the language. There were times I had it set for Spanish to English and it just repeated what was said in Spanish with no translation.I’ll be traveling out of the lower 48 in the near future and will be trying this out in a Spanish speaking destination. If I notice any significant differences I’ll update my review.

I recently tried the Multi-Language Translation Earbuds, and I’m really impressed! I’ve tried and tried but simply cant get the app to recognize these headphones. They’re also quite bulky and I don’t like the color or fit.

Talk about a game changer. These wireless translator earbuds worked very well. I work in customer service and have to deal with a lot of customers that speak different languages. Mostly Spanish, but I use them quite often and they have been a major help. As long as who you are speaking with speaks clear and audibly, it will pick up what they say and translate it to what they are trying to say to me. The sound quality is good and they fit comfortably There is customer support available with any issues with the product. Which makes it easy to use. The battery life is long lasting and it charges fairly quickly. They are built with good quality and have been durable as I have dropped them a couple times.

These are much easier to use. I had a previous set from another supplier and it was impossible to use. I did hear some strange Chinese words when I turned it on. Trying to find out if there is a fee. I saw there appears to be one - $24.99 for a year. Waiting to hear back

I just opened the box and get out the instruction sheet and the stupid print is so small i can not read the stupid thing..i did not know i needed to get a magnifying glass as well...this sucks
