It takes time to build and there wasn't a video for this 4 x 4 x 4, I only was able to figure it out with 3 x 4 video. I had a hard time trying to figure out how to build the shelves on the inside of the cage. I hope the shelves will stay strong as they climb on them. Will update later.

I originally bought this cage for my ferrets and firstly, the holes were way too big so they kept getting out, but also this cage is not surely what so ever. It’s very wobbly and falls apart easily. Very cheaply made.

Very chinsey / poor assembly instructions and not very practical. Door design is useless. No stairs as pictured.

Went together quite easily given the design. Very sturdy once complete. Order may come as two separate deliveries... The crate and then the extra pieces for the shelves. Wait for both before you build... And wait until very end to do zip ties, in case you want to change the configuration.

I bought this for a feral cat that I was bringing in. It works great and was super easy to put together! I had to buy another one!

Hi everyoneI purchased the premium kit that is 4x4x4 sections with cat walk ways inside and then I custom assembled it like lego parts. when the part came it was in 2 boxes. One box the 4x4x4 cage sections. The 2nd box for the walk ways and interior support squares. It seems excellent so I wanted to make it bigger. On Amazon I ordered the exact same again but I only received the one box with the 4x4x4 cage but not the Cat walks. So sadly I must return and re-order in hope that they will get it right this time. I hope to make my cage larger and longer with a run along the house if only they include the cat-walk sections that I ordered. My cage so far is 3x3x7 and I hope to add a higher tower and a long run along the back of my home. We even installed a pet door in the wall so that we might keep the litter boxes outside in the cage. At this time it is in testing to see if the cats are comfortable to use but so far so good. Just wish the 2nd order was sent correctly.

I know lots of other people didn’t like the set up, but you had to know going in that this is a bunch of metal frames that have to be connected and kitties are quite smart about fitting through small spaces. Overall, I like it and it works for me. I knew I was going to have to add a lot of zip ties, and I did. It is currently in the barn and holding 4 kittens (more than 4 weeks old), the momma, and uncle (who weighs in at 16 pounds) and it has contained them all. The door clips are a little unfriendly so I use Velcro. I took one reviewers advice and added a tie to the middle of each frame just to make sure uncle doesn’t push his way out. I also wanted it taller but the panels were $10 a piece so I ordered another brand of cube with the same size frames to add another level at a fraction of that cost. You just need to have enough frames to add support to the top of the cage so make sure to order a set with the correct size frames and more than 16 if you did a square set up.Anyway, you get what you pay for but I liked this setup and it was what I expected. I had one support frame (no cross bars) missing but was able to make that up with other pieces. Everything else was in good shape and present.
