This is perfect for protecting the bed of our 100 watt fiber laser. Very hefty and nicely fabricated. Definitely aids in airflow under the metal to reduce warping on brass sheeting.

I purchased two of these based on the specs but couldn't determine quality until they arrived. The heatsinks are outstanding and the extrusion is exceptional. There was no residual "flashing" or unfinished edges and the fins were true and not bent. I mounted these to my Ubiquity UDM SE using Arctic TP-3 thermal pads and realized a 10 degree temperature drop (and likely more were I to use a fan rather than using convection). Highly recommend this product and the vendor!

Works fine cooling my networking switch. Just get a thermal pad to interface it to what ever you want cooler.

I have no idea what would need a heatsink this size, but it works great as a platform / heatsink for cutting and engraving metal with a fiber laser! Bolt this heatsink grid to your work surface, place the material on the heatsink, and cut / engrave as much as you need!

Not that the computer ever runs terribly hot, but this is nice to have while rendering. I have it teamed up with a spare PC fan powered by USB to great effect.

We have heated bathroom floor and use a multi-tier watering bowl for three cats. Bowl would get quite warm and stale for cats. Put this heatsink under the ceramic bowl and now water is cool to the touch. Cats love it.

It's big, it's heavy, it takes away lots of heat - good job.

Bought this to place on top of my Mac Mini which gets hot even just sitting idle. With this on top and a small AC Infinity fan blowing across it, the Mac Mini case stays cool to the touch.

Just look at this big boy. Can you imagine what it would cost on Digikey?

I soak the bottom half of this aluminum block into a tray of water, and put my MBP on top. It keeps my MBP cool. This block doesn't rust or corrode. I used to have another finned block but soon it corroded and caused a lot of white powdery stuff on the surface and in the water. The only downside of this block is 0.7 inch is a little too short so I have to put a layer of ceramic coasters under it. If it could be as tall as 1 inch, that would be perfect for my use case.
