***UPDATE: Received new remote, however; the remote is pretty wide with small buttons and does not fit well in the hand.Nice heater, beautiful and quieter than my old one BUT....I did not receive a remote control....only the back cover plate for the remote! I need the remote and order it specifically because of it.Sent a message to company...waiting to hear back. If they send me a remote, I'll change my rating.

Love this heater. Have it sitting on my fireplace in frontroom. Durable and looks great a lot better than a regular heater would. Very stylish matches my decor and in a holder. Best heater I have bought. Really puts of a lot of heat have had to turn it down because gets too hot. Remote works and easy to use. Can set timer to shut off.

This is the second one we have purchased and the first one is still working perfectly. Love that you can set the temp you want it to go on and off. Love the look of this heater. It’s not big and is very efficient.

I have tried several small heaters in the past, and had been disappointed. I ordered this based on reviews, and I am not disappointed.I needed something to balance the temperature in my apartment. I live in an older home and the insulation is lacking severely. The register placements and boxy setup make it hard for the temperature to be even throughout. With the colder temps, I really needed something to make the other half of my apartment comfortable. This has done the job.I have it set to 65 and it helps the older furnace by balancing the temperature and not run as often. I am no longer walking into cold rooms. I love that it looks decorative. Which means, come warmer temps, I will not absolutely have to put it away. It heats my living room quickly. It starts and stops as it should. And the sides stay cool as they should. I cats were playing and knocked it over one day, it immediately shut off. Which is very important to me.One thing to note, do not plug this in to a surge protector or surge protected outlet. It will trip your breaker. I was not paying attention one day and forgot. Plugged it into a tower box and five minutes later, it tripped the breaker.I would recommend this product to anyone who, like me, is limited on space (especially storage space) and wants something which not only looks good, but is functional.

I bought this space heater last January and it has been great. It can be confusing at first to use the controls but you'll catch on right away. It starts on higher temps and you have to push the button on the top of the heater to get it to cycle to the lower temps and run on low.I prefer the "gold" color, (which does not have a remote) as they call it, as opposed to the "beige", which is more of a light green and has a remote. I saw this heater on Consumer Reports and it was rated fairly high at $64 - so I found it on Amazon for $58. Then a couple weeks later it went up to $64 or maybe $68 and has remained there until the last week.I really do like this heater - so much so I bought a second one a month ago even tho I don't NEED a second one. I like to have a spare of things that I need and use in case the original one breaks and they are no longer selling that model ... This time I bot an open box one from Amazon for $28!! I was absolutely thrilled because I love this heater. I have run a dog shelter and have run 3 space heaters at a time in their common room (my basement), of all sizes and brand names in the last 10 years so I am quite familiar with space heaters. Of course it is different when you are picking a space heater out that will be around dogs - where you look for tip over safety, stability, even ability to tie a heater so it won't get knocked over and other features. I do know when a heater's thermostat works properly (which is necessary whether in a dog shelter room or whether up in my den with no dogs or children). This is heater is perfect for my den, both in looks and function. The base of this heater is quite stable. I like the style and the fact can oscillate. I recommend this heater.

This heater looks nice, takes up little space on counter or floor, and heats a fairly large living room with open kitchen next door quickly, plus knows when to turn off before it roasts you if you've remembered to set the thermostat. The oscillating feature spreads the heat around evenly, also a plus. I haven't used the timer but expect it works as it's supposed to, just like all the other features.My only slight design disappointments are that 1) the low setting only runs on max, so if you want to set the thermostat, you're limited to high. And 2) the thermostat only sets at five degree increments, so if your perfect temperature is 67 or 71 for example, you have to remember to switch the setting when it starts to get too hot or cold. Or get used to a new perfect. Both very minor inconveniences if any, and not worth a star.It is perfect enough for me and my family. We're using it for our second winter and it's still working like a charm. We are happy.

Looks good, heats up the space quickly, no weird smells even if it gets dusty, quite enough, working still fine since 2022, does not transiently overload the power supply like my printer does when it turns on., easy to remove dust from. This is by far the best heater I've come across.

Funcional, liviano, bonito y fácil de usar para espacios pequeños (4m2 aprox). Su diseño poco convencional da un toque acogedor al ambiente. La oscilación de aire caliente ofrece una sensación similar a la calefacción de un automóvil y favorece que el calor se esparsa rápidamente por todo el espacio, calentádolo y aclimántandolo en poco tiempo sin necesidad de mantenerlo encendido por largos periodos de tiempo. Esa función en particular me ha encantado porque suelo colocarlo cerca de mis pies y eso ayuda mucho a "entrar en calor" reduciendo la sensación de frío. Además, si tienes mascotas en el lugar, lo agradecerán muchísimo. A mis perras les encanta tumbarse cerca del calefactor y es seguro al no tener flama de gas. Contras: 1) Por seguridad no debe conectarse a una extensión; sin embargo el cable tiene 1.5 m aprox de longitud. 2) Hace un poco de ruido para esparcir el aire pero nada grave o que no pueda tolerarse. 3) En un principio da sensación de resequedad en la garganta, pero regulando la distancia y el tiempo de encendido, eso desaparece. 4) Respecto al consumo de luz, no sabría decirlo, pues aún no he tenido oportundiad de cotejarlo. Pero como digo, si el espacio es pequeño en cuestión de 15 mins el ambiente alcanza su temperatura ideal y permanece así por mucho tiempo por lo que no es necesario tenerlo trabajando como loco. En gral muy satisfecha con la elección. Aún está en periodo de prueba, pero si la pasa adquiriré uno más para obsequiar a mi madre. Espero sirva esta reseña al momento de optar o no por este producto según sean las necesidades que cada quien busca satisfacer.
