This mount is solid and hasn’t really changed since my first one from the mid 90’s. This one has a foam gasket and a black wing nut. That’s the only difference. It’s strong and holds the bells in place. It works with the standard and large dry bells with the flat post. I recommend this mount if you want to add some agogos to your kit.

This is the holder made by LP for their Agogo set. The curve of the Agogo bells didn’t fit in the holder. I’m handy, so I used my dremmel tool to grind out a bigger opening and now it holds them snug as it should. It’s a quality made part, but it’s hard to understand how a brand new set of genuine LP Agogo bells wouldn’t fit correctly in the genuine LP holder for them. Most people would have returned it, but with the extra material removed it holds them better than any other device could.

The Latin Percussion LP571 Agogo Bell Mounting Bracket is a superior product that is truly HEAVY Duty and will last for years, even under the worst conditions.

Careful ordering this for non-LP agogos. If the radius of the 'handle' doesn't match this bracket, they won't mate up well. Kinda unstable.
