It has a very low melt temp which is great if that is what you want. Definitely makes the initial soldering easier but watch out for the operating temp of the joint, hopefully there is little resistance and therefore little heat.

I used this for a quick project as soon as a I got it, it flowed well and made nice joints. However, like all solder paste when it ages it has trouble coming out and trouble flowing well. You can add some flux to it to help but once it's old, it doesn't work as well. This isn't unquine to this brand of solder, all solder paste has "freshness" issues and even if you store it the fridge, you have trouble using it all before it sort of expires.So while I didn't have any immediate issues with the solder, I'd advise you to buy it only when you're ready to use it fast. But this was fresh inventory, not old, so it worked fine when it was new.

There's a lot of water in this soldering paste, possibly the reason why it never solidifies when cooling down.Tried melting it with hot air at 140C as well as at 350C, the result is the same.
