Easy to install, even for one person. Durable materials that haven't rusted. Doesn't come with screws to attach so have short ones on hand. It fit perfectly & you can't see them from the ground. Our gutters had holes for gutter guards, which also made it easy to attach. Haven't needed to clean out leaves or twigs since putting these on. Great investment.

It was a nightmare to installed. Product is too flimsy it bent just by looking at it. It took one full day with 2 persons to installed 120 feet. I repeat stay away from this product

Though this will not rust it's so flexible that when leaves rest on top of it and get when it sinks down into the gutter. After a few months I pulled it out and discarded. Will see how stainless steel gutter guards work.

This is meant for gutters. However, I'm using it for keeping woodpeckers from destroying my hardy board trim. We stapled this vertically onto the board in the area where we've caulked up the holes. It seems to keep them away!I didn't use it for gutters. But it seems like a quality material.

I paid quite a lot for Leaf Filter to clean, treat, and cover my gutters on two sides of our house a couple of years ago. I was thrilled with the changes it made in the flow of the water off the roof and into the gutters. I had them do the two sides closest to the deciduous trees around the house. The other two sides are so high that the trees don't reach that height. We are on a hill, so they never will. Unfortunately, the gutters right over our front entry have become clogged and they aren't draining properly. Water is coming out of the gutter on rainy days and cascading onto the front steps.I was happy to see this Gennbaray Leaf filter gutter protection screen offered on Amazon. I didn't need a lot, so I knew the 33 feet would be adequate to cover that area. Upon arrival, I was very disappointed to see that there were NO directions for installation at all. All I had was the roll of screen. I looked on the Amazon page of the product and there were no instructions there, either, not even on the short video! So, I was left on my own to install it. It wasn't easy. The wire is very sharp so I wore my leather work gloves which made handling the screen safer but not easier. After I finally had it tucked under the shingles and eased into the edge of the gutter, I settled for what I had done. It didn't look nearly as professional, but it was much cheaper. I don't like heights and it was two stories high, most over our steps, so I wished I had had Leaf Filter do that part when I did it originally. I think they need to send directions or options at least. I recommend this screen only if you have a small stretch to cover and aren't afraid of heights. Otherwise, call Leaf Filter!!

I wish I had paid more attention to the name of this product- "Leaf filter" gutter cover. This should work fine if you have deciduous trees around your house. Our gutters get covered by pine needles and the holes in the mesh are big enough that the pine needles can get stuck or pass through to the gutter.I have not put it up yet (just received it yesterday), but I think I will do a test area first to see how effective it will be in preventing debris from getting into the gutters. If it is effective in keeping out pine needles, that would be great. Otherwise, it will need to be taken out next fall so the gutter can be cleaned.My recommendation is that if you have pine trees around, consider putting in a sponge-type gutter guard and then put this over it. I think that would be the ideal combination.As I said earlier, if you primarily have leaf litter falling into your gutters, I think this would work very well on its own. It is a far more affordable option than many other gutter covers.PS- I gave it a '3' on "easy to install" because it involves getting on a ladder, and cutting or bending the wire to fit the gutter. The wire itself is aluminum and very pliable. If you are not comfortable on a ladder or have someone who can do it for you, this is probably not for you.

Just finished installing this mesh gutter guard around the front of my house and it seems that it will be highly effective in preventing leaves from collecting inside the gutter themselves so hopefully no more clogged gutters and/or downspouts. After many years of constantly cleaning out the gutters due to leaves getting trapped, I'm hoping this mesh will solve that problem, however, smaller twigs, and other smaller objects can still get inside which may still require some type of power washing or gutter guard removal should the debris develop into something much larger over years. That said, so far I'm happy as this gutter mesh was relatively cheap and easy to install but still be careful as the edges of the guard are jagged and can easily scratch and/or scraped.When handling the wires mesh, it's best to wear heavy duty leather gloves to avoid such injuries during installation or if need to trip down to size. All in all, would definitely recommend this economical fix and being that aluminum should not corrode and provide many years of use.
