I ordered this for my Mini Aussie, and it works great! I've been using it for about 2.5 weeks and its been great. The leash is thick and has a good weight in my hands. Seems very sturdy, plus visually looks great!

You just can't beat the feel and durability of a good leather! The leash is very well made and has a heavy duty buckle. The leather is soft and flexible but will hold up to a lot of use. Great quality and good value.

This works exactly as expected. The clip opens easily for hooking my dog up but doesn't feel flimsy or like if she pulls in the right direction it will come apart. The leash is comfortable to use and holds well

Solid leather dog leash with braided ends. Very durable without being bulky. I have 2 very strong large dogs and this works perfectly. Would definitely buy again.

This is a very high quality leash. It is a wide leather leash which definitely makes this stronger for larger dogs, probably not needed for small dogs as having more leather makes it heavier too. Soft braided leather at handle and clasp areas, and brushed edges so it won't cut your hand in the event of an unexpected pull. I've personally learned from experience that the brushed edge makes a difference having received a nice cut/burn with another leather leash. Rotating clasp is helpful, and strong, and you won't loose your dog from an potential latch unlocking.

I love a leather leash.i've tried all sorts of leashes for our dog. From retractable, to rope, and everything in between. Leather has been my favorite.There is something about the feel of leather in my palm when I walk that feels kind of supple and enjoyable. The leather has a bit of elasticity to it, so you can sense when your dog may be starting to pull without it jerking you forward.The quality of this leather leash is fantastic. The hardware is also quite durable.Overall I am happy I ordered this leash. I will say that this leash is probably best suited for dogs that are trained. I'm not sure how it would hold up if your dog is a puller.
