Very easy to install. Very bright. The particular seller I bought this from was slow as Christmas and there was not protective packaging. It came in the manufacturers box. Thank goodness nothing was broken.

It's very easy to install if you don't have to do any modifications to the bracket. My above ground pools top ledges fit tight on the rail of the pool. The bracket holding the light in place will have to be shaved down to make it work. The top ledge will be up a little bit but it works fine.

Absolutely the best pool light , it's makes the pool look amazing at night , ONLY downside is the light says it comes from the manufacturer sealed, but somehow water does get inside it, not right away , but eventually,Although amazing I just wish it was somehow made a little better or water resistant. I had to replace my light only two years in., but it was that good, hope this only lasts longer

Was installed properly the day it arrived and it worked great.... For about 3 months until I noticed the inside of the light had filled up with water.Really disappointing, hardly any temperature fluxuations and somehow water still gets in.Okay no big deal, the light still works.Winter comes around and I detach the light from the transformer and bring it in until next summer.I hook it up the next year and it still works, however now the transformer button has stopped working BUT the light still works when plugged in. Im starting to get a tad frustrated but hey, it still works.Fast forward a month later and I go out for a nice night swim, plug it in and it shuts off 2 minutes later. Get out, unplug it, plug it back in and it stays on for about 20 minutes until it shuts off again. I get frustrated and unplug it and try plugging it in again and the red LED on the transformer begins to go all wonky. I grab the transformer and I hear water swishing around.Well I guess not only the light isn't sealed properly, but the transformer too!I unhooked it, brought it inside and held it upside down and water began to leak out from the cord insert. The light is now completely useless and does not function at all. I maybe used it 50 times at most over the course of 2 years.What an absolute waste of money.

I’ve been searching for a light for my radiant pool for two years. Because the walls are two inches thick, nothing worked. I watched a YouTube video on how to alter the bracket that comes on this light and it was exactly what I needed. It lights up my 24’ round pool perfectly! Highly recommend this light. It turns itself off after 2 hours. The cord is quite long so makes it easy to place just about anywhere. Look no further, this light is great!

2 hours after plugging this light in, the power supply shut off due to overheating. Unplugged the light and within an hour plugged it back in and it over heated again, this time 10 minutes. Now the light does not work at all. Great light, lousy power converter. Also does not attach well to INTEX pools need to shim with thick plastic so it will stay attached to wall...Update, power supply issue is due to water filling into the light itself. I had to drill two holes into the housing to drain the water out. Once dry (after plugging it in for a few hours to evaporate all remaining water), I plugged the holes with screws and rubber washers, I then masked off the lens and sprayed the whole light body with flex seal to seal it. I then plugged it back in and it would run for 2 hours as advertised. Do not buy this light, it is not worth it...

12x24 oval above ground pool. 52” to top rail. Lifted the top rail at one post and the light dropped into place perfectly. Works well, as bright as my in ground pool was in the past. Will re-review at a later date. So far I love it.

I originally owned the older style of this (from around 2011) that had the 3 halogen bulbs in it (red/green/blue.) The blue bulb kept breaking at the base.I was reluctant to buy another one, but the fact that it was LED and 100W made it worth the try. It is VERY good for an 18’ above ground pool.Still would be nice to be able to hook it to my own WiFi switch so I can control it remotely from my phone. May disconnect it from the controller it plugs in to and do my own power cable (needs 11.5 VDC and 1.5 Amps output to it.)

5/3/21 - I liked this light a lot. It worked well, and had it in the pool for about 6 weeks last season. Removed the light for the winter and stored it in the garage. Fast forward 6 months, I opened my pool this weekend and tested the light. It turned on, but not all of the LEDs worked. Then, when I turned it on an angle, I see all this brown disgusting water inside. There are no holes or leaks that I can find, and I followed all the instructions for installation correctly last year. I can’t put this back in my pool again.I called the company today 5/5/21 and the rep cited the 6-month warranty which goes back to date of purchase. I bought mine on 8/3/20, and only had the light in the pool for about 6 weeks. Basically, I paid $100 for this light and only actually used it maybe 10 times. I couldn't even get a discount for purchasing a replacement. Not happy at all.

Great light, using it for on-ground pool, not an above ground pool, needed to modify it a bit and ran electrical under the ground. Much much better than the battery operated lights.

On arrival the light was great and very bright. However it was purchased July 12th and it’s now 5 weeks later and I have only used it maybe a dozen nights and as if August 26th it no longer works. And the return option expired on August 12th. So needless to say I am extremely disappointed with its integrity. And I feel it’s a defective product. I have $4.00 flashlights that have lasted years. So now I eat $100.00 and am stuck with a piece of trash.

This light works great. We have a 27 foot round pool and the 100 watt LED is perfect. The top rail goes over the light just fine we were worried about that. we wish the timer was adjustable. The light times out in about two hours. It would be nice to make it longer. When the light goes out you have to press the red button to reset the timer/light.Other then that we are very happy with not having to put holes in the pool.This light would be even greater if it were wifi connective and could be operated on/off and timer from a cell phone. That would make it so much better!
