MN water is very hard! I'm using this right now in our hot tub, hopefully one bottle will do the trick since we only had to add water. Took 3 bottles when we set up the tub!! You have to get the metals out before you can work on balancing the Ph.

I drain and clean my hot tub every quarter. In the past I’ve forgotten to use metal gone and there is a huge especially in the desert where I live. We have very hard water. Highly recommend.

We use this product in our hot tub. The product itself is great however I thought I would order this online this last time (BIG MISTAKE). When it arrived it was all spilled out. One bottle was just about empty. The box was soaking wet. I ordered two bottle and payed for two but only had one bottle full when it arrived.😡

Our spring water had a bit of iron in it, and before we got our super filter system for our water, we would treat the spa with this before chlorinating. The chlorine would make the water cloudy and brown without it. This product keeps the water crystal clear
