They went on easy on my wife’s Leki poles. I had to use HOT water to get the old ones off. They use some sort of sticky waxy material that needed the heat to release. Tried the wrench method but didn’t work. When I replace these tips I sure that method will now work.

So these were not the correct size for my Leki Sport walking sticks so I wouldn't call them universal Leki replacement tips. The good news was that I was able to grind off some, meaning quite a bit, of the plastic off the ordered tips and get them to fit. I've had these walking sticks for quite a few years, so by universal they may be universal to newer models. After that, they're working well. 5 minutes of improvising never hurt anyone but 4 stars for the extra effort.

I replaced Leki Flexible Carbide Tips with Leki Flexible Carbide Tips. Online video showed me how to do the replacement and it was easy enough. (I have Leki Wanderfreund Antishock poles, best friend of a hiker, ever.) I truly was surprised at how worn down my prior Leki Flexible Carbide Tips had become. Am I that athletic? (No.)

Ho usato i bastoncini per migliaia di km, quindi i puntali erano da sostituire. E' stato facile ed ora sono nuovamente perfettamente efficienti, esattamente come gli originali.

Popped the old off using an adjustable wrench set to just wider that the diameter of the pole. Sanded a little of the existing glue off. Heated the new tip in boiling water for 15 minutes. Put the tip on, hit the floor a few times and it was within 1/16” of the correct height.

Plus solide et durable que les modèles premier prix. Petite astuce pour enlever les anciens embouts: les laisser 5 min dans de l'eau très chaude, ils ramollissent et s'enlèvent facilement. De même, mettre les embouts neufs dans la même eau, ils seront faciles à enfoncer et tiendront bien ensuite.

I lost the tip on one of my old Black Diamond Trail Shock poles. This replacement tip fit perfectly, and the pole is back in action. It is almost identical to the original Black Diamond tip.

Designed For Tight Fit for Secure Installation.Mark where original lip of plastic tip reached into aluminum pole.Heat plastic part up with hair dryer to soften. Be careful not to overheat to the point of melting.Insert aluminum pole and strike tip on to wooden block to force pole in until lip of tip reaches mark.
