UPDATE TO PRIOR REVIEW... The seller reached out to me immediately and offered to either refund or replace the item. I opted to replace the item because I really like it and want to gift it to the recipient. Although it isn't expected to arrive in time for the gift exchange, I'm still excited to give it as the gift. I'm also very impressed with the seller so if you're thinking about buying it, do it. It's a unique gift that really is quite lovely.
