I like the sleek design of this multitool, as well as the fact that it includes all the tools I need.Nevertheless, the quality is awful. Two T25 Torx wrenches were broken by the same seatpost clamp, at approximately 7 Nm. (First time it was replaced by Amazon). With this multitool, you cannot rely on it when you on the trail.

The level of craftsmanship of this tool is amazing. It has a lot more options than any other tool on the market and the design quality is amazing. Far superior to Crank Brothers in my opinion.

I bought it because I like Lezyne products, but this tool specifically I use it for the first time, trying to tight my cleats in my shimano xtr pedals, and the Allen key just round itself, I had to use a multi tool from a friend., the tool is beautiful, but I think it needs to be tougher.

This expensive multi tool is billed as the peak of engineering, but it falls far short. The overall quality of the materials seems good, but there are several design and execution flaws. For one, the bottle opener was installed the wrong way, so the locking pin to keep it in place under pressure was on the bottom, not the top, making it impossible to get any leverage or power with unless you hold it in place with your thumb (ouch).Furthermore, the opener itself is far too small to open any bottle caps I've found, you can barely wedge the hook under part of a cap. You have to then work it open gradually over several tries to finally pull the cap off, its easily the worst opener I've ever used. Maybe it seems like I'm making a big deal about a bottle opener, but if they got this so wrong, how can you trust them with more crucial component tools?Other problems abound. The holes of the quick link slots are partially blocked by the inner tools which are set too close to the handles. This means quick links don't lie flush with the face, making it seem cheap and unstable. Also, the quick link cutouts do not hold bigger sized links such as Wippermann Connex. The chain breaker is another problem. It doesn't stay tight when you fold it in. If they had slightly changed the threading of the screw that holds it in place, it would have screwed in tight when flat. Unfortunately that’s not the case, so it’s floppy when folded flat and swings out and rattles.I suppose the above is why they include a big ugly rubberband, which they don't show in any of the pictures. Without it the tool doesn’t stay folded flat and rattles around. Not good. All around I was pretty disappointed, especially because it's one of the few multi tools with a rotor truing tool, and was billed as the peak of design and quality. Perhaps they simply oversold it and these are small niggles that are acceptable to you, but I for one was expecting better.
