Goblets are pretty good, not as heavy and sturdy as they look, but still sturdy. They area good size. Only issue I have is that one came completely broken due to very poor packing. Four glass goblets were thinly wrapped in small bubble wrap and placed in shipping box. Box says fragile but the box is inside a bigger amazon box so carrier has no idea anything is fragile. They really should pack these much better so beware.Edit: I submitted a request for a refund and this is what I got. A gift card from Libbey company in the amount for the glasses I paid for only to be used on their website. All glasses there are more expensive than I could get them for on amazon first off. Second the email they sent said gift card would automatically be applied at checkout, well it wasn't and they give no gift card number or code to easily be typed in at checkout under gift card option. So thanks alot Libbey! They poorly packed this item and I did not get what I paid for.

An excellent Libbey goblet would have a deep teardrop between stem and bowl, these goblets have only a slight dip in them. Overall, this product is solid and classic, with a nice ring with a toast.

A bit of elegance in a very sturdy design. No, not easy for a small child to hold, of course. These are adult sized goblets. Great price. Libbey glassware is still a good product.

We got these glasses 14 years ago as part of our wedding registry. We started with 8 glasses and added 4 more the first time we hosted a large family dinner. Since then we've purchased a couple more boxes to replace glasses we broke. They are not fragile and can withstand some clanking and rough use. But they won't survive a fall or a knock against the granite countertop. My husband mixes protein shakes in them regularly, and the powder does scratch the glass, but they still look good. Despite losing several to breaks, we keep buying them because they are timeless, look great, and are super functional. And, 14 years later, I can still find them easily! That's a huge plus. They hold a lot of water and are sturdy without looking bulky. They are great for every-day use and also look nice enough for a holiday meal. Highly recommend.

This is the perfect glass to have in your home. If you have a chance to snag some, I highly recommend it. I got rid of all my other glasses (tumblers, beer, etc.) that I purchased a while back when I got my first place. The stem gives this glass an elegance for everyday use without being overly fussy and fits in nicely on dining table and buffets for entertaining. Every time I grab one from the cabinet it gives me a notch up on feeling a bit special...like you're out at a nice restaurant. Perfect for water, juice, soda, beer, ice tea, lemonade...in essence most beverages. It also pairs nicely with basic wine glasses for dinner parties. Very sturdy. No worries about breaking easily. Holds up well in dishwasher without scratching.So very happy with this purchase!!!

I use these in my college apartment. I hate to use trashy plastic cups, and I will never use plastic in my own residence. These goblets are durable. My other water goblets from Target got broken by roommates that were used to throwing around plastic cups. I love these goblets, they are nice looking even after 2 months of everyday use. I will be buying again if needed. These goblets seem to be more stable than other ones that I have used in the past. They are also larger than previous ones that I have used, which is a plus.My only complaint is that a few have very slight blemishes in the glass. It is hardly noticeable, especially when filled and for this price for such a great goblet, I can overlook that small detail.

Needing a lot of glasses, I decided these would be a great idea. They work as water goblets, tea glasses, or wine glasses for parties. They are fairly thick, so they don't tip easily and they don't break when I drop them in the sink. They've done fine in the dishwasher and despite some slight clinking while they're in storage, I haven't had one break yet. If you're going to get them, I recommend getting the pitchers, too - they make a great set when you need drinks for a ton of people.

I had twenty people over for a sit down dinner at Christmas. These goblets are perfect for water on a formal table or family dinner any night of the week. They look great on the table, and can certainly hold their own next to wine glasses and fine china. But, unlike my china, these goblets are sturdy and low maintenance. They go right into the dishwasher, and come out sparkling every time. I have other glasses for juice and drinks, but my family prefers these goblets for everyday use also. I guess it's because they are easy to grip, have an elegant look, and hold as much or more than a cylinder shaped glass. One last very huge plus about these glasses, they are reasonably priced.
