I’m using this for a home made lat pull down setup. After going through 3 other pulleys I found this one and it is by far the best and smoothes yet. The head swivels so it will track when you move side to side. Would give 5 stars but that ones withheld for longevity, I’ve been using this one for about a month.

This pulley works well. With gyms still closed what's a gym rat to do? This is one side of my cable cross set up utilizing the corner of my shop. Build your own little gym. I used different sized water jugs filled with sand. Mine go from 15-90 pounds. It's amazing what you can get done with just a little improve and knowledge of what you used to do in a real gym. Covid....eh get to work gym rats.

Initial review: very sturdy, smooth and quiet. Only put 55lbs on it so far, but zero squeaking at all so far.

The product is ver sturdy and well made. Been using for a week and seems very durable and up to the task. Using for a pulley system I have in my home gym. Have been able to put about 150 lbs on it and it is not phased at all. So good I had to purchase 2 more to setup cable flyes.
