If you have a Liftmaster remote with a solid T-Rail or I-Rail this will work perfectly for you and is a 30 minute upgrade as all you need to do is swap out the head and install the new wall mount opener contro (you want this because this senses motion and turns on the Bright LED Light.)Motor is very powerful and easily lifts my 20' wide by 8' high door
