When I originally bought this I was not expecting the quality. I thought it would be flimsy and would not be able to hold much. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that this grill is quite sturdy and the addition of the rotisserie pieces and carrying back is a huge bonus. If I could give more stars I would :-)

I was happily surprised when I opened the box. This is much better quality than I’d thought from the pictures. It’s a heavier metal than I’d expected, better construction and the canvas bag is really nice too!

When I go to the camping place i found out that it can be use for gas and coal even wood burning. Especially it’s very easy to use and small enough to keep in my car. Good product!

Idk how other people build camp fires, but the short little legs on this thing just didn't cut it. I ended up having to pile up rocks and boards on either side to raise it above the fire high enough to use it. Maybe it's only meant to be used over coals??? 🤔 it held a cast iron skillet and a percolator, so I guess it worked.

I got the small size and it's perfect for my solo camping adventures. I'm retired and spend about half of my time camping in my old VW Westfalia 4WD campervan, so I spend a lot of time cooking all my meals somewhere deep in the National Forest. I normally cook using a tiny charcoal grill or the propane stove in the van. But sometimes when I have a campfire, it would be nice to take advantage of that fire and use it for cooking, as well.I've been looking at these folding grills for a while, but never pulled the trigger. I hadn't seen one that is half and half like this one, so it peaked my interest. The size looked good since storage space is at a premium and it comes with a nice storage bag, although not the one pictured in the description, so I got it.It felt like it was very sturdy as I pulled it from the box and is super easy to fold and unfold the legs. Some are saying that the legs are too short, but I always pull some coals out of the main fire for cooking over, so the height is probably just right for me. Since I'm in the Rocky Mountains, finding a couple of proper rocks to raise the grill if I need to won't be a problem. Anyway, cooking over a roaring fire is difficult at best, unless it's marshmallows or hot dogs. One nice aspect of the griddle side is that if you want to use a teapot or pot but don't want them to get all smoked up and turn black, this will help shield the smoke and keep the cookware cleaner than if it was just placed over the grill section. This is going to be a nice addition to my camping rig and I'm guessing it will outlive me. Well, maybe not the bag, lol.
