Good for a beginner but you get what you pay for. I like that the trigger isn’t free moving as sort of a safety but the strap is very cheap and poorly designed and the release isn’t real smooth….. but it’ll work for my 13 year old

Fairly effective but the design can cause some finger pinching.

Was on a budget took the risk. And for me it does what I need. But someone who shoots daily I would NOT recommend. It isn’t for the daily shooter.

Mine was delivered earlier in the week and I've shot about 60 arrows with it and it is very nice. I was worried that it would be too sensitive but it is nice for target work, I use a hook type release for hunting as I need to run a call with my right hand. The release is spring loaded so it self closes but if it catches the d-loop it will only partially close. I have other releases that are way more sensitive so this is a nice compromise. The size is perfect for me with smaller hands, thick fingers but short. I need to adjust my hunting release to the shortest position and my target release I can only hit with the tip of my finger good thing it is very sensitive. I like this enough that it will become my target release.

Tested at our local archery club (fully vaccinated!).Rated for 45 lbs but withstood 55!Gives great peace of mind. Extremely comfortable with additional securing strap.Perfect for bows under 45 lbs!

It's comfortable and works great. I was worried it would be a heavy trigger pull but it's not at all. Just a little tap and it fires.

I don't think it can be beat for the price, got it for my wife. She has avg to small hands for a woman and it's fits her well. She draws a 35lb pse, it is a very sensitive release. Just a touch and it's off.Only complaint is the coating on the jaws looks kinda cheap, but it's a cheap release so..........

The calipers aren’t strong enough to hold the string and will release unexpectedly. My bow is only 50 lbs draw weight and it couldn’t hold (the packaging claims 80 lbs). Obviously this is very dangerous for the arrow to shoot without warning. Also, the size is too small. There’s no mention of size on the Amazon listing, but according to the package its a SM/MD.The moral of the story is that there’s a reason why the price is so much cheaper than other releases.
