I mainly Sous Vide for two people and so using a smaller plastic bin saves water and electric. I needed something that would keep items submerged as well as separate when doing two or three bags. This is nice and everything is configurable. The dividers pop in and out in different places. The size is perfect for smaller cooks or for larger bins where you don’t want to use the entires space.Since it comes apart, it is very easy to clean. It’s also a nice weight and feels very sturdy and stable.Definitely recommend this item.

Wow...SO AWESOME and SO SIMPLE! BIG THUMBS UP!!!It works exactly as you'd imagine. Works just like a letter sorter, but with adjustable slots. You drop the food "envelope" in the slot, it stays in place (you can adjust it to make it snug), and it cooks right where you put it. You can designate just the right gap between food "envelopes" to make sure the water circulates and things cook right. The one thing I'd say is with a wand sous vide device and normal "square" 12 quart tub this rack is a tight fit. It works just fine, but the rectangular tub works a bit better. I learned this after seeing my brother's larger rectangular tub. Nothing is worse than being jealous of a sibling's sous vide tub!So...In short...The Lipavi L10 is AWESOME! Just make sure you have a large enoughI wish a solution to sous vide bagging was as simple as this solution to how to keep the bags organized in the tub.You can buy this and count on it to do exactly what you expect it to. You won't be disappointed!!

Must have für jede/n Sous Vide Köchin/Koch.

This is not something mandatory to own, as you can let your bags float around, but I like it because it keeps my food underwater. You can adjust it and wedge in food, or use clips.I also have the Sous Vide Ninja rack. Here are the differences:This one is 316L, SVN is 304. Both are great material choices. 316L is better, but 304 is plenty good. This one has little balls on the bottom to reduce chance of scratching pan or tub.SVN has heavier gauge wire for the handles. It does help quality perception to have the thicker wire, but makes no practical difference. This one has loose-fitting dividers, which is good in that you can easily move the dividers, but they do wobble around. A little extra tightness would be nice.SVN has very tight fitting divider, which I didn't like, as I could not change them without a major effort.I would change this to five stars if it had the heavier gauge wire from the SVN, and if the racks had less wobble (but I wouldn't want them tight so that they are hard to pull out).

I recently took the plunge into sous vide cooking. Rather than going immediately with the relatively expensive Sous Vide Supreme, and risking the higher loss from purchasing what could have been a one-off device, I decided to go small for testing purposes. After doing research, I decided on the Anonva Precision Cooker and a Cambro 4.75-gallon box as a water tank. I then looked for a rack or some other device to use instead, and found nothing that fit what I had in mind. I used the standard binder clip arrangement for a while, then, a couple of weeks ago, I checked again for a solution and found these Lipavi racks. Apparently a brand new item, they looked to be the perfect solution. With the thought of eventually upgrading to the Sous Vide Supreme, I especially like that this set will fit it, making the price even better. The 10.8" x 8 inch set fits perfectly in my Cambro, leaving approximately four inches of space between the tank wall and the rack; plenty of room for the Anova. The racks are nicely adjustable. The outer two racks are permanently attached, and fold down for storage. The remaining racks are removable, and adjust by placement in corresponding slots, allowing you to choose a size adequate for your portion sizes. I find if additional weight is needed above the cooking bags, two 1/4 size cooling racks (example link at the end of this review) sit nicely on top of and cover the rack. As to durability and quality, the literature that came with the racks advises not to leave them immersed for long periods of time ("weeks," the manual says). I have had these completely immersed for three straight days, having cooked three separate meals in so many days, without any sign of rust on any part of the racks. Anyone familiar with cheap home canning equipment has surely experienced the irritation of rusted "stainless" steel, not the case with this set.As for now, I could not be more pleased with these racks.I'm including two photos showing the placement of the 10.8" x 8" rack set in the Cambro 12189CW135 box.Pros: Nice, well-made, hefty racks. After three straight days of submersion, the racks show no sign of rusting, even at soldered joints. Adjustable, and folds/stacks to a nice, small footprint set secured with an included Velcro strap.Cons: None at this time.Example set of 1/4 size cooling racks, as mentioned above:http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MHSX5UA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
