Issue 1. Comes with a remote for a controller that does not support remote.I have yet to get it working correctly even with dozens of hours working with Lippert support.You get what you pay for.

Lippert products are garbage and their customer service is non existent.This system will barely last beyond the warranty period, and they will give you every excuse in the book as to why it failed. Don't waste your time or money.

I have these on my 2021 Montana High Country, these very rarely auto level. It usually strokes out, it constantly kick off when raising to hook up, so wish I would have got the hydraulic leveling system. I highly suggest against getting these.

The product didn’t fit our trailer as described by the seller. Trying to ship the item back for a retur was an absolute joke, it should have been an easy process but the sellers would only communicate by email which is also joke. I would recommend to order from the seller direct and pay the extra amount. Amazon was not much help with the process either, all they did was send emails also to the seller.

a little pricey but worth it i really like this leveling system i had my rv dealer put it on, i would have attempted it but mine has the heated underbelly and i didnt want to void the warranty on my 2020 kz sportsman toy hauler. it cost about $800 for labor but still worth it. it levels my rv perfectly with a push of a button.

Great service from Omnihop for starters.I thought about buying from another company that was near the same price but went with Omnihop instead. I had an issue and called Omnihop and spoke with Joe.He was great and took care of the small issue I had that was not Omnihop fault. This product is great! If your camper is not self leveling you will NOT regret this purchase. I should have done this earlier.

Only gave it a 4 star because it is very pricey but if you do spend the money you won’t be disappointed! Great product, very heavy duty! Will take most of the day to complete, but fairly easy to install. I installed this on my in-laws 5th wheel, really great connections and quality is top notch. More than enough electric wiring, longest part is drilling through the frame and bolting up the brackets... no issues so far!
