Lisle has made quality tools for over 30 years. If you do your own break maintenance work or run a shop these are a must have.

I was having trouble bleeding the rear drum brakes on my '75 3/4ton chevy pickup. All of my wrenches would hit something or another, not allowing me to open the bleeder valve sufficiently. My solution in the past was to just use a socket wrench and try to catch as much of the brake fluid as I could with a rag. But this simple little tool, with the offset handle and thin web around the bolt allowed me to bleed my brakes without the mess and without the risk of sucking air back into my lines when I pull off my vacuum and tighten the valve again. It's pricey for what it is, but it's of decent quality and solves my problem. I'd absolutely buy it again in another size if I run into the same issue on any of my other vehicles.

Perfect fit for my 2003 Buick Lasabre. I'm going to go out on a limb and say it will work for most older GM vehicles (check your bleeder nut size before ordering). There are two sides of the wrench 5/16 and 3/8, and I had zero issues bleeding my brakes. It's the perfect tool for the job; long enough for good leverage and short enough for clearance.

The wrence was exactly what I needed. Some brake fittings are difficult to access and still be able to put pressure on the wrench. The extra long length of this wrench allowed me to fit it securely to the brake bleeder and then put some strong force on it to break it loose. It is a piece of metal so I am sure it will work for a long time.

Pretty good tool, wish the country of origin was in the description, but it was not so I took a chance. This is a good quality Taiwanese bleeder wrench, but I was hoping this tool would be made in USA since this is a Lisle. The wrench isn't even labeled as a Lisle so I imagine this is an outsourced tool, but whatever it works and that's what matters in the end.

Nice, snug fit, at least on the 3/8" end. The offset end worked great on my '98 Jeep ZJ Grand Cherokee, but may be hit or miss depending on your particular car. Good amount of leverage, but not too long to be in the way of wheel wells and stuff, seems to be "just right." Six point head to help prevent rounding off the head of the bleeder screw.

Perfect for those 1 ton dually rears with no room to reach the bleeders

Six point head so you don't strip those stupid bleeder screws. Finish is decent, not show quality but it's a well made tool. Plenty long and good offset makes it a handy tool to have. Tip: on older cars, spray your bleeder valves with a little penetrating fluid a few minutes before starting the bleed process, makes accidental breaks much, much less likely.

I have suffered the horrors of trying to "make due" with various wrenches during a brake bleeding job, and the outcomes were........messy, to say the least. This stupidly simple tool always seemed unnecessary until I gave it a shot, and now I feel dumb for waiting so long.Durability: It is made by Lisle, and every tool I've ever purchased from them withstands abuse. However, since it's a specialty tool, its use is infrequent. I've stepped on it and it did not cry, so that counts for something, right?Ergonomics: Not too long - not too short, it works! The leverage it offers greatly aides tightening with a few fingers while you hold the bottle with the rest of your hand, and keep the bleeder hose to the nipple with the other hand. For those of you who perform this kind of task, you'll be grateful. For those of you who just let the fluid vomit freely, you'll still like this tool.Remember: American Made = Americans Paid
