Very well made. These will be great for walking, step aerobics and anytime you need to use a lower weight for toning. These are soft and easy to grab and easy on the hands. you will definitely have less fatigue and be able to go for more reps longer.

These weights are very comfortable in the hand, and the strap gives an extra feeling of security so that you are unlikely to drop one on your foot, or smash your tiled floor. They are easy to use. I got them to start some arm strengthening exercises, and plan to increase the weight next, and have already ordered the same ones in 2lbs.
