My hands tend to go numb holding things so these are perfect for my needs. Now when I do my evening walks I don't have to worry going up or down the stairs, I can still use the hand rails safely. And I love the shades of grey scale I get compliments on them and they also work well on my ankles.

I wear these around the house most of the day while I work. Love the look of the gradient green. Very stylish. I agree with others that the weights may come off easily, but getting them back on isn't easy, so not quite as adjustable as advertised, but still good!
