It worth five stars in the feel of the quality and keeping drinks warm and cold. I took a star away due to its shipping container which is just a bubble mailer. The bubble mailer is not enough protection against dents and scratches. I had to get a replacement on the first one, in which the lid was dented. The replacement only had a minor scratch.

Great insulated bottle for hot and cold drinks. The finish is great, the parts are of high-quality stainless steel, and the liquid stays hot for over 24 hours. Highly recommended!

I don’t write reviews, but this has been amazing! I make the tea in the morning and it’s hot for my entire shift. Super easy to use, the quality of the product is really impressive as well. You don’t need the glass or other more expensive ones. I’ve already gifted one to my girlfriend so she can make cold brew over night.

Very cute. Pretty color. Perfect size. Love the texture of the finish on the outside. Sadly, the threads don’t seem to align properly. Feels like a struggle to screw the top on all the way, and it leaks. Also doesn’t hold its temperature for as long as other thermal flasks I’ve had. Sadly, I lost those in moving. A nice touch would have also been having one of those locking sippy inserts. I can’t find the mesh strainer anymore, so I won’t be able to return this. It will Have to be a bedside water bottle. I think it will fulfill that purpose decently.

I like the design and how it fits in my lunchbox. The handle for the diffuser broke after two uses. The handle needs to be a little more sturdier.

I just used this for the first time yesterday. Dropped it on the garage floor getting in my car and not even a blemish! Accidently left it in my car for for almost 14 hours and my tea was still warm! I love the indigo color, the loose tea steeper worked great, no little particles. I appreciate the size of the cup opening. I don't feel like I'm going to accidentally dribble from the sides of my mouth.....lol I would absolutely recommend.

I have a lot of thermos flasks and this is the best of the lot. Quality is very good, the filter sits very nicely in the flask when it clicks in.It's a good size, easy to put in the tote bag and bring it everywhere with you. Drinks remain hot for many hours.After buying one, I found it so good that I bought another 2 more to give as gifts.Except for the colour, the ones I have do not have the same design as that shown in the website, which I'm fine with.Highly recommended!
