I bought this as it was recommended to be compatible with almost any POE camera, Thats not true and their tech support is TERRIBLE ! the first thing she said was its not a campatible camera no troubleshooting no lets see what you have she didnt listen or couldn't understand english, I will be returning this. it is not worth your time or trouble. the default settings make it where you have to hook it to a tv just to set it up because the resolution is to hign for a vga monitor and you can't change it without hooking up a tv to see the setup to change it. what a worthless POS using a well known name. terrible. if you excepted negative stars I would give it to you by the way it was a bad cable the cameras that arent compatible work just fine
