The unit is good. However, getting support is not easy. The mobile app would consistently timeout when trying to look at the camera video remotely. It has been impossible to get a hold of anyone to help with the issue.

It is a nice dvr. It is for analog cameras and also supports ip cameras. Easy to use.

After trying several different brand units decided to try this one since it cost more thinking that it should be better.It uses DVR software similar to another brand but with several restrictions. There sale page says smart human/vehicle detection all channels simultaneously. Records 24/7.Even when you send them photo's of your setup they still send a photo back that is the same setup telling you that it needs to be changed.If you don't log in to the system, and select menu you won't get any full screen popups of any event. Then even with that set the system will still 24/7 record. Making the files hour long minimum for each channel.Their App gets notifications, but when you want to delete them, you have to delete them all one at a time. Can you imagine having to delete 10 or more?. Can't tag or do them all at once. Email notification is better.When you log in with web browser to DVR IP you have different settings setup that is nothing like what shows up on the DVR monitor.Telling you there is two different setups between the DVR OS and IP Access OS. The IP Access says human and vehicle is not available.Sorry, I can not recommend this system at all. Glad for return allowed time.

This was a very simple to use system. I was up and running in minutes after installing the hard drive. Great valve and has been working great sense I started using it.
