I installed this on a project boat. It does work and does the job. It bolted to the outboard without problem. I have concerns about the drive gear housing. It seems a little lightly built and lot s of plastic parts for crashing through waves. However, I have never replaced a plastic part due to corrosion. The price point is very attractive. The price is about the same as a wheel on another kit.
