Bought this to use for an inline power cutoff for winch on tractor. After less than 2 weeks, this 'Waterproof' circuit breaker is already faulty, even though tractor remains covered.12v on input side, Output side has 2.5v when closed and .5v when open.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS

Braker between lithium batterie and 2000w inverter

I have this attached to a home solar setup. It runs from the 12v batteries to my inverter, and I want 250a since it moves a lot of power through those cables. This is a great safety device in case my inverter shorts or pulls too much power. As a bonus, it's also a handy disconnect when I'm moving stuff around.

These are great for applications that need a circuit breaker sd well as an on and off switch.I purchased this one to use on a 13k wench on my pickup truck. When I went to install it the power lugs were exactly the same size as a 100 amp breaker I installed on a 2k wench on my compact tractor. There is no way that this breaker could physically handle the load of a 7hp electrical motor. I did not feel it would be safe so I installed the breaker that came on another wench and a seperate on off switch.These might work fine in a low load situation but definitely not for a high load application.
