This will work for my application with a few minor tweaks. The fitting that screws into the block leaves small gaps along its edges which would allow some oil to bypass the filter. I think an o-ring will solve this.

Decent little sammich plate. Not the greatest fittings but the body is pretty decent. So far only blew the o rings out if the fittings once... guess that's on the user error side. Deffinetly worth it for the price.

The part is crudely machined with aluminum metal flakes from machining in the part and still attached to the part. The main oil line fitting holes are not centered and are not drilled straight. The o-ring boss is not uniform causing concerns for leaking high pressure oil. The size 10 fittings narrow down to size 8. Before using I would have to finish machining it or risk aluminum flakes in the engine oil. But instead I will return and buy a real name brand piece. I thought I could save a few dollars on a simple chunk of aluminum. Will I ever learn... ?
