The retractable design is my favorite feature. opens and closes with an easy turn of the crank. With all the parts and instructions, it was very easy to install. The quality is better than I expected. Recommend it to everyone.

I have installed two of these awnings. They work great and really surprise me with how well they hold up in windy weather when I forget to roll up the shades. I would buy them again!

I've been trying to get some shade for my second floor balcony. The balcony faces east so the sun is strong, especially in the first half of the day, and this awning brings a lot of shadow area for the money!

Excellent quality awning. Opens and closes smoothly when using the manual unfolding system. Awning quality feels great. Easy to install, take your time to read the instructions and one person can install it in a couple hours

To my surprise, all the needed parts and well-written instructions were in the box. The quality of it is amazing compared to the price. The waterproof material is exactly as promised. Weight is good for the 13.1' x 8.2' size!
