As a renter I can’t really do too much to the place. I wanted a way to securely hang wreaths or other decor on my door. These are perfect! Way better than the suction ones or adhesive that will melt in the sun and fall off. The magnet itself has a very strong hold. It’s also super versatile and can function in a number of ways around the home. The size isn’t super large so it’s easily hidden. It’s very sturdy and durable. Where you put it is where it stays. I appreciate you get 2. I now have one on my front door and one on my back door.

I purchased these to add a hanging knob for my coat and bag at school. I was doubtful if the hook would hold the weight of my heavy winter coat when I felt how light weight the hook was, but it holds firmly. The coated back of the hook has 6 magnets arranged in an alternating pattern of North and South magnets. The design is simple and effective and it works well for my purposes at school/work.

These are so useful to use on sides of tables to hang any baskets or stuff! The magnet is very strong and works great on any metal surface.

I was a bit skeptical about how well these magnetic hooks would hold, but they completely exceeded my expectations. The strength of the magnet is impressive—it easily holds a polar fleece jacket that I keep in my classroom. These rare earth magnet hooks (1.7 inch magnet end diameter) look good anywhere and they attach strongly to doors, refrigerators, appliances or file cabinets made of ferrous metals. They will even attach to corners of drywall walls which are usually reinforced with steel, although the load capacity will be significantly less than attached directly to sheet metal. Still, you can hang a light object on a drywall corner.The magnet side is rubber coated, so it won't scratch surfaces. As the strength of the magnet depends strongly on the distance, this coating may somewhat reduce the force needed to detach the magnet. In other words, they would be even stronger without the coating. Some magnets of similar size may be advertised to hold heavier loads, but they may not have the soft coating.The hooks are finished matte black on 304 stainless steel (according to the description), so they look handsome and will never rust. I'm very satisfied with the look and performance.

I got these because I'm going on my first cruise in May. The walls of the ship being metal I thought it would be handy to be able to hang my purse, towel etc.So I haven't yet used them for that intended purpose, but I did try hanging my purse, with its usual contents on the hook while on my refrigerator...Yippee ! These appear to be very capable of handling that type of weight without slipping. I'm very eager to be able to use these on my cruise. Definitely what the description details - these " hold up " well.

Good looking magnetic hanger for use metal surfaces (refrigerators, cabinets, cruise ships) with a lot of holding power. Like that they have protective coating/cover over the magnets so you won't scratch the metal surface they're mounted on. Decent price for good looking, strong magnetic hangers - not exceptional, but good. The hangers can be used as a stand alone for hanging a coat, sweater, lanyard, etc. or easily accepts a hanger (or two) because of its design. I'll be using them with coats and such and don't see any problem with them being able to hold a heavy coat. The finish is also very good, so they look good and are powerful. Recommend.
