I picked up a Makita hand grinder at a garage sale. It looked like it had never been used. Possibly; it was missing the lock nut. This was exactly what I needed and works as it should.

Original equipment from Makita. Fits 7011 angle grinder well. Goes on quickly. Holds HF grinding discs perfectly. Way better fit than my 41/2 grinding disc options. It is imperative that grip between this lock nut and the flange is snug for you to grind properly, and this nut does the job perfectly. I am no pro, but using Makita tools makes you feel like one, because great results are possible when you have great tools like Makita.

What else can I say? It does not look pretty, does not feel sexy but it holds the blades jsut like it is supposed to.
