So far so good. For The price this seems like a good product. I did make slight modifications to it as listed below.1. Drilled the top rail mounts to fit a 3/8 through bolt. (Adds much more strength than the 1/4" lag bolts provided)2. Drilled the bottom rail mounts to fit a 5/16 lag bolt. (I would of preferred a through bolt but the location was impossible for me to be able to get a nut on the bolt)3. Used marine grade silicone to seal all holes.Overall very easy to install (despite not coming with instructions). Seems very sturdy, I weigh 180lbs and it holds me just fine. I am satisfied with the price to quality ratio. I am sure there are better options for a few more bucks. However for now this seems just fine.

Fine for me. Just wing it. I rebuild the transom, so I knew where things had to be. Most boats had plywood. Lag bolts would not be my choice to mount this. I bolted threw everything. Good luck. Seems to work just fine. Fat boy swim ladder!

Did not come with any instructions but was east to install never the less....nice product and seems very sturdy at this point....only been on the boat for 5 days but it looks great!

Easy to install.. obviously used 5200 behind each bracket, locktite on the bolts..hardware was fine..

Great ladder. Kids and us like it a lot. Was an almost exact fit replacement on our crestliner. You may need additional hardware.
